Hi Skinut, I realise you meant WhitePeak as that is where I stayed. Looks good and complete unlike other PDI developments. I also understand the frustration of working with this company. This is one of the reasons we decided not to part with anymore cash.

Hi Skinut, We've purchased an apartment in Whiteoaks and have paid 100% at this stage, even though Act 16 still has to be issued. We didn't go for the furniture pack but we have our deeds. Our solicitor dealt with transfer of deeds and notary on our behalf. We eventually got our deeds but had to chase the solicitor for them - at one point we didn't know who had them. It transpired that the solicitor had put them aside and forgot all about them - so after much chasing we eventually got them. If I were you, I'd check with your solicitor - they may have your deeds!

hi, we purchased in summit lodge and paid 40% so far but we went out to bansko last week to check what whiteoaks was like with the possibility of swapping. When we saw whiteoaks, it still seemed like a long way off completion although Angelina said the first block would be act 16 for this ski season but cant see that happening myself. We have now decided not to swap and will look into getting our money back. We found that resale apartments are much cheaper now and as platinum dont seem to be lowering their prices, it isnt worth swapping apartments. Would be interested to hear if anyone has gotten their money back from pdi yet.
