Owners of Snowhouses 1 and 2, maintenance contract
We have found out the Boris Boydev, the property developer for these two developments, is no longer providing maintenance or security - apparently due to some owners being not-contactable and hence not paying the contract fee.
A couple of us are trying to negotiate another contract with a local agent, and we need to contact as many owners as possible.
If you own a property in Snowhouse 1 or Snowhouse 2 then please would you send me your email address and we can get something sorted asap and avoid the property becoming un-usable
