We have a one bed in pirin rise would like to here from any other owners.On our visit in august we where happy to see 95% completed and should be 100% for the season

Hi tim mc. We are new to this sight and are thoroughly enjoying the news. We have an apartment in Pirin Rise which we have visited a couple of times - last visit end of august. Very pleased with the finishings, just need to get furniture sorted. Developer has been very helpful. We need to speak a lot more about the management and maintenance side of things as not yet started sorting out. The place looks fab & not too far from old town etc. We spent the whole of August in Bansko, looking forward to being able to use Pirin Rise soon. Already booked for July and August next year. hi Shajas nice to hear from another owner from Pirin Rise,when i read some of the reviews posted on here i feel lucky that my purchase and the quality of the apartment has been trouble free. We hope to get back there in feb he u.k.and agree need to sort out maintenace and other costs. We got our furniture through a company in Liverpool,also found a great d.i.y. type outlet where we got pictures ornaments and odds and sods. If you have a Makro card in the uk then there is a company where you can use it. Will let you know if we hear anything please let me if you do Regards Tim

I have a 1 bed apartment in pirin rise, went over at the end of october the building was having the final touches done to finish it, does any one have any information rgarding the rentals of these properties?

hello Mike, we havent heard anything about rentals,management,maintenance costs or anything else. Last time we were there was august and it was looking good. We are on the 2nd floor overlooking the side road above the reception.Let me know if you here anything and i will let you know ,should i get any info Have you heard anything about "act16" Tim

Hi Tim & Mike. It's so helpful to have new contacts about Pirin Rise. We are signing our title deeds next week and apparently Act 16 should be very soon or may have already happened. We unfortunately feel very isolated because even though we have paid for extra special aftersales care!!! we don't have any so are doing everything ourselves. We have given up on them & are going it alone. We are very keen to get our furniture and spend time there. We are on the second floor around the back, nice view of the mountains. We have another apartment down in Razlog valley which we have stayed in a few times so have been through the whole process before. Made lots of mistakes and wasted lots of time and money - learnt the hard way!! Still love Bansko though and will spend Easter and the summer there. I will let you know is we hear anything about management etc. If we have to sort out managing, cleaning, key holding ourselves we do have, like many others, a very good, reliable contact who would be able to manage that side of things but we are waiting to see what the developer decides. Hopefully it will be better than what we are dealing with in our other one. Pirin Rise does look good though and the standard of the build looks great. The site manager has been very helpful and has let us in to the building a few times to see the progress etc. Kitchen and bathroom lovely with good fittings. Pool and spa area looks great, as does the BBQ area. Look forward to lots of cold beers & food around that!!

Hi Have a one bedroomed at Pirin Rise. We went out in August and the site manager was great showing us our apartment. Since then we've been in contact with the developer on a number of occasions who as also been great. We went through an international estate agent to purchase this apartment (Im sure you all know who that is) who hasn't been so great. We've just pretty much paid the final balance so wondering now if anyone has heard if the developer is putting together a rental package etc.

When we where there in august we stayed in our appartment for 5 days and everything worked fine.On our previous visit in April i gave them a snaging list and was happy to see all items where completed. Hi to all owners of Pirin Rise. We really do urgently need to get in touch. We have to sort out management & rental & unfortunately we cannot do this on our own. We need to get together in order for anything to really take off. Have been in touch with one company, sounds good & organised but we need to be together on this. I am speaking from a very bad past experience & really want to see some sort of return on our investment. The more of us there are, the stronger we will be & then companies are more interested in a larger group. shajas

hi shajas, I have spoken with the management company that looks aftert he building to sort out one or two items my biggest problem is that the swimming pool is not running.I have been contacted by a spanish based company regarding rentals but we have as yet not decided if we are going to rent ours out Tim

We have been contacted by a company calles"pirin Rise Managment". there fees for last year for a one bedroom apartment is 1040 euros has any body else been contacted ? if so how much are hey being quoted. I have spoken to them briefly on the telephone they mentioned that they want EXTRA money for the running of the pool,your views would be appreciated.

Hi, I have a 1 bed appartment in pirin rise, I stayed there at the begining of jan, I was the only person in the building appart from the security gaurd, the pool was finished but empty and also some finishing work was still being done, ie radiators being put in the hall ways, also the restaurant area is still incomplete, I was contacted by the management company as well, when I asked for a breakdown of there costs thay were not very forthecoming, they also have no rentals to compare against, I am hoping to go over again soon and will see if there have been any changes

lets not get confused between a company that is wanting to manage your apartment and the developers management company that will be charging for common area lights, cleaning of common areas etc,perhaps a meeting somewhere central for owners of pirin rise might be an idea tim
