Management Company Contact Details
Hi Guys, Does anyone have a contact number for Juliana Nikolova (Platinum's Management company for white peak Lodge), the number I have 00359 293 04760 seems to be constantly engaged. I'd like to ask him a few questions about the current state of the development. I have been paying maintenance fees since October 2008 and the building does(edit Not) appear to have been issued with Act 16. I haven't received any comunication from them in almost a year now. I was wondering if things like electricity and water/heating have been connected and has anyone received a bill for them yet? Also in the last correspondence I received from them, they said it was not possible to provide a rental agreement last year, has anyone heard anything about this year's season? Hi, I managed to phone Juliana last week - all the other numbers were engaged, but I got through to her on the same number you have. Are you sure Act 16 has been issued? Electricity and water is connected, we were over there in May. Haven't had a bill yet, but then again we haven't had our deeds or, therefore, paid any maintenance yet. Not sure we should be paying full maintenance anyway. The basement is still a shell, no car park, ski lockers, restaurant etc. The grounds are non existent - the only things I think the management company would have to pay out for is cleaning of common areas and the security guard when people are staying there - which, i'm led to believe, is very rarely and also insurance - so I would think a slightly reduced maintenance fee would be fair.
