There dosen't seem to be many people on this forum buying at the Royal Park & Spa.
Have you said you are buying through Property Find International ? Who have been dealing with.
I was out there in Nov 07 and seen the development myself and paid the second installment in Dec 07.
So i am not expecting to pay the third installment for some time yet as i believe the development is way behind.
Can you let me know of any info you have.

Like you i am in the same boat. I have brought from the fore mentioned company as well. I believe Bulgarian Developments are updating us from now on.

del here i was out for a week between 27th jan and 3rd feb have bought at the royal park via bulgarian dev took loads of photograghs to add to the ones dave sent to me in nov and garry sent in july still trying to figure out how to post them on this forum any help would be appreciated as not to worldly wise at using computors

I am told the next payment ( Act 15 ) is not due until Sep/Oct so the development is well behind.
I was out there in Nov 07 and there was no sign of the hotel being built and one of the apartment blocks was missing.
The building work is suspended during the ski season so possibly another month before it all starts again.

A couple of us off this forum have been keeping in touch regarding progress at the Royal Park & Spa and only last week was sent the latest photos off our agent.
The development is really coming on and i think Act 15 is due around Oct / Nov.
If you send me your email address then i will send you over the latest photos we have been sent along with the developers direct contact.

For everyone who has bought at the royal park, been in touch with my developers bulgarian developments who have sent me recent photograghs of the apartment construction so far.must say alot has gone on since i was there in january so at least they are getting there.down side is they are informing me that the apartments are not expected to be finished until the end of the year instead of september. their words not mine.not really surprised by that though or downhearted.
