Alan I emailed them today regarding the final payment and what they are going to do about it ! I also gave them 3 options - 1) Sort it out exactly as per the contract and amend my final bill. 2) Supply the appliances as per the contract and all the other items that should be included. Amend the final bill and reduce it further to allow for me going over and putting it right. 3) Give me my money back ! I will let you know the reply Dave

Hi All feeling just as frustrated as everyone else. Our solicitor not helping at all and I have asked her exactly what action she is going to do on our behalf as they are in breach of contract....no reply as yet. Probably need a more pro active solicitor but difficult to know who to trust. We are going over next week but not happy to complete the payments until everything sorted.Still got problem with developers asking for money we have already paid Louise

Hi , just got email from developer ,they have said they will supply all the appliances and i can fit them myself !THEY WILL NOW GIVE ME A DISCOUNT OFF THE FINAL PAYMENT TO COMPENSATE ,WIAT FOR IT ,ARE YOU ALL READY 200 YES 200 EUROS ,i fell off my chair with overwhelming emotion. now they are threatening late payment intrest WHAT NEXT'S ??? On another wee note going through alot of the threads on the website and hate to say there appears to be a lot more disappointed people having bought than there are satisfied customers, or maybe i am being biased because we are having nightmare probs with our pads. I wonder how many other folks out there agree or disagree. del

If anyone wishes to have snagging done for them or us to look at the furniture you will find that we can sort out the kitchens and make most of them fit the appliances. As well as sorting out furniture that will fit the apartments and not overcrowd them. We are already doing this for clients in Royal Bansko Park and Spa.

I have had a few clients contact me regards the issues in Royal Bansko park and spa. What we are currently doing for clients is building them a new kitchen that has the cupboards and spaces for the appliances. This will not be possible in the developers kitchens as they are not big enough. Due to layouts we may not be able to do this for everyone. Hi All was over there last week. Workmen doing external work on apartments but nothing happening with hotel, still just a shell. Site manager says will be finished next year but Im not convinced. We are trying to negotiating a change of apartment but like everyone not getting any answers and communication at a stand still

Not the developer but the selling agent. But they are supposed to be going bump with some of our money as well.

They are ceasing trading at the end of July
