Hi , A little concerned ,received through the post 'notice of invitation' the developer state's they haven't agreed any payments via any third party ,meaning sales agent and all payment should have been paid to the developer as stated in the contract .THEY ARE NOW ASKING FOR YES YOU HAVE GUESSED IT ALL THE MONEY I HAVE PAID THE SALES AGENT ,TO WHICH THEY HAVE ALREADY CONFIRMED THEY HAVE RECEIVED ,ITS NOT A LOT ONLY 58,000 EUROS .of course they can have it again {jokeing} this is turning into a total farce CRACKER

That's two of us so far. Anyone else received this letter?

Make that 4 guys. Got the letter yesterday by recorded delivery. E-mailed to the solicitors and they are dealing with it 'allegedly'. It seems I owe 71000+ Euros. They only took into account the 3rd payment from last January. The 1st & 2nd payments were paid to another agent (not sure it would be wise to use names) who seem to have handed over the development. Had enough now, having signed up in Apr 07. Want to get rid asap.

Final Payment letter
Received my letter today, only want 66000 euros, are saying, same as to everyone else not had first 2 payments. In my case BD are going to sort their side monday 27th. Lets hope!!!

HI, just recently registered here after being directed by a couple of people experiencing probelsm with said development. I too have had the notice of invitation stating I owe a ridiculous amount of money.(and after actually paying more than I owe in reality already) I am trying in vain to get hold of Nick Blashill who I believe is in the know at Bulgarian Developments. Have left numerous messages with people fronting the phone calls but no response at all, email the same. Complete farce as far as I'm concerned.

SteveJ I am also in the same position along with a lot of other people. I spoke with Nick yesterday day who assured me that all payments were made from them to the developer and he would send out an email confirming payments. He was true to his word and i along with others did get the email and another one saying we would also receive bank statements and transaction slips in the next day or two. Dave

Hi Everyone , just to let you know ,i will be out in Bansko fron the 8th Aug for seven days ,will try and gather as much info/pictures as possible . I agree with dave 2810 ,I also have spoke to Nick and Lisa from the sales agents ,and i have got to agree so far they have done what they have said they would do ,Lisa as been great and will do her best to help .They have asured me we will get the proof of payments we require to satify the developer ,DONT KNOW WHY WE HAVE TOO?? SAYING THEY HAVE ALREADY SAID THEY HAVE OUR MONEY WHEN ISSUING ACT 16 AND ONLY MISSING THE DEPOSIT. Thanks Cracker

Hi, I would also like to add that Nick and Lisa have been very helpful so far. However, I still need to get some more proof of payments for the developers and other stuff. When I called the BD phone number today I get the message "number is not in service". Yesterday it was working. Anyone got some contact details they can PM me? Cheers

Would'nt it be much easier for Bulgarian Developments to liaise directly with Euroholdings to sort the whole thing out?

Hi all just returned from hols today 31.7 yep guess what same notice as everyone else, going to email savina as already had email from her in june about them having received all my payments up to last payment she gave me amount owed for last payment , strange how they have now changed their tune. think they are just having a go at us because nobody has made final payment Spoke to my lawyer about farce and he agree they broken contract but would would have to go through bulgarian courts to get money back , the way things are going i might just use remainder of payment money to go to court rather than give them it after this latest farce. del
