HI EVERYONE.,.... HAVE YOU ALL HAD A REQUEST FOR PAYMENT FOR ACT 15, THE APARTMENTS IN THE PICTURES I RECEIVED DONT LOOK FINISHED. ALSO THE AGENTS WHO ARE SORTING THE RENTALS ARENT BOTHERED UNTIL NEXT YEAR ROUND RENTING THEM OUT... AT LEAST THEY KEEN FOR BUSINESS,,, PINHEAD

Hi Pinhead Yes i am in the middle of sorting out payment for act 15. Have you bought through PFI only you mention about rental ? Is this something that you were offerered only it does say in the email last week to me that i am to get in touch with the developer if i am interested in letting the apartment out to the hotel. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- just received email from RIS investments who appear to be the main people involved in the building of this complex, although i bought through Bulgarian developments who seem to be silent as i emailed them to find out who RIS were and how they got my details but have had no reply from them, anyway i digress they have told me act 15 will be concluded next week after 29th nov and tom have payment ready and act 16 will be in the new year due to the holidays.they have asked for payment from me at act 15 but i was contracted to pay 40% at act 16 instead of 30% act 15 10% act 16 anybody else out there with similar circumstances Del

as a wee addition to the last email ris informed me to have the payment ready for when i received the act and i would have 14 days to pay it, and in their words, late payments would not be tolerated ,in fact even 1 day late would incur interest charges .thought this was a bit rich coming from a mob whose building was going to be built at least 5 months late mine was contracted to be completed 1st sept 2008 ,so i informed them that they should be paying me money back not the other way round and the way they had written the email was a bit threatening and intimidating

hi all i have had a request from the rental agents who wont look at this until late 2009 until its been put in the brochure. Bit disappointed especially when the building is late on completion and this will take us into next year maybe jan for act 16. Also is the complex finished before we pay act 15 as in the pictures it doesnt look completed. I too received the e-mail asking for this that and the other... any news please let us all get together and ride this out, after all we are all in this..... pinhead

Hi to everyone , i have also had should i say strong emails from RIS,i thought i was dealing with PFI???? .If anyone as bought an apartment on the corner of the building like i have in block A3.3 TAKE A CLOSE LOOK AT THE PHOTOS IN RELATION TO CONCRETE PILLARS IN FRONT OF BOTH WINDOWS {anyone want pics i will email} THIS SURELY IS A DESIGN FAULT , REGARDS DAVE

Cracker Did you get the email off Property Find International saying that he is no longer dealing with the business side of things any more and we are to speak direct to the developer ? I also got the email from the developer which i thought was a bit harsh when the development was supposed to be finished by August 08 although i have it in a brochure that it was to be done by december 07. Which block is A3 only i thought there was only A1 , A2 , B1,2 & 3 Thanks

HI DAVE , REGARDING THE APARTMENT YES YOU ARE RIGHT THERE IS NO BLOCK A 3 ,I GOT IT WRONG ITS APT 3.3 IN SECTION A1 .LOOKING AT THE PHOTOS SENT THEY ARE NO WHERE NEAR COMPLETION .I TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU REGARDING COMPLETION I HAVE THE SAME INFO AT HAND.REGARDING THE EMAIL IT MUST HAVE GOT LOST IN THE SYSTEM SOMEWHERE!!!! Cracker I have just got the photos that you mentioned with regards the pillars in front of the windows. Looking at the floor plans there are no pillars in bulding type 'A' that are in front of the windows and you say you have bought in Ap 3.3 in block A1 which looking at the plans is a 2 bed apartment. In bulding type 'B' there are 6 apartments which have the pillars and they are Floor 1 App 1.4 & 1.5 Floor 2 App 2.6 & 2.5 Floor 3 App 3.6 & 3.5 Floor 4 App 4.6 & 4.5 Either way i wouldn't have picked up this detail when choosing my apartment and i am sure we wouldn't have been told either. nice to see RIS have changed their tune (slightly) initial email said late payment will not be tolerated and even 1 day late would incur interest charges ,now they say MIGHT incur interest charges, but article 9 of the contract may be invoked ,need to read up on what that is ,by the way had a reply from Suny at RIS who didnt think that there email was that intimidating
