Hi All Here is the text i have just received about completion. Royal Park is ready, we wait just the power supply company to connect us to the power grid of bansko. Unfortunately they move quite slowly, so we expect that this will happen till end of this month. We will inform you as soon as we have the permission for use. Hi All, I had my surveyor take a look at the progress ,yes i was told the aparments are ready just awaiting electric,THEY FORGOT TO MENTION!! NO KITCHEN ,NO WATER SUPPLY TO KITCHEN EVIDENT ,MORE SNAGGING ON NEW WORK COMPLETED ,NEED I GO ON,just a total pack of lies again ,hope we get to end of july when i can proceed with getting my money back, Feb 2007 to May 2009 the weather must be bad all year and a building ban or lack of for the last two . still cant find the main forum link !!!!! regards Cracker

Hi Cracker, I have arranged for a snagging list, being done on Monday 3.00pm, will let you know how it goes. To get to the new listing, if if open on the main Forum listing, the middle section has 3 headings, Property owners and the two others, if you log in when on this main page and the look at the middle section again you will see a forth listing Royal Park & Spa. HI ALL Am also buying in royal park and have been informed by the developer that a visit has been arranged between the 5th and 15th of may to hopefully issue act 16. Cannot see this happening if water etc still not connected

Hi Cracker, i think we have all had confirmation of Act 16, however i am still waiting for confirmation listed on snagging report has been completed, they have had the report for over 2 weeks but still nothing. I am i ntending to go out there for a week from Friday 12th June to sort furnishings and legal papers and open a bank account. TrevB
