Anyone had contact from this company offering rental soultions, snagging, furniture packs etc. Very slick presentation over the phone. Based in Spain. Do we think this may be reincarnation of a certain property company?

I got the same call from SO today. I had the same suspicions as you J&M!!

Signed up with them about 6 weeks ago. Got an email last week to say they have got me 5 days rental for next July. I'm going to try them for a year and if rentals do not cover expenses then I will not sign again ... simple. They seem to be advertising in all the right places and the main rental market is Greeks and Russians . They are not M*I but have employed a lot of their old staff. Spangle

Dear All, To follow is an excerpt of an e-mail that I received from an owner in Aspen Golf yesterday - Hi Phil - I the owner of a one bed, fully equipped and rental ready apartment in Aspen Golf. I have been with a company called Solutions OverSeas, which should be renamed in my opinion as they have yielded no rentals with the exception of a week just after this coming Christmas. I will not be renewing my contract with them... Am sure they are not linked to the company that cannot be named but I reckon you can guarantee the same level of service if this is and similar e-mails that I have received are anything to go by.
