St Ivan - Balkanstroy

New to this forum - just about to pay the final installment on St Ivan and have tried to join the st ivan forum but havent had a response yet .
there appears to be two St ivan s - not sure which one ours in in st Ivan or St Ivan Rinsiki or whether they are the same - any way our in the develpopment being built by Balkanstroy - has anyone else brought in St Ivan and had any problems apart from the long delay in building it as there seems to be alot of problems with the Aspen development

Unbelievable as I type this and I am not stupid honest but I?? am still not sure what one we are - in our contract it just say St Ivan complex Apartment xx block 2 - we had a glossy brochure all those years ago - stating St Ivan hotel and spa in Bansko so presume it is the same as you -

Prior to the upcoming winter season there is a good news from Balkanstroy- an option for a free trip and weekend stay for all clients of St. Ivan.
It sounds attractive because they cover your fly (tickets), 3-day stay in St. Ivan and transfer from/to Sofia Airport.

What does "client" mean? Coming to see Bansko or buy an apartment? Be clear, please.
We had a lawyer work for Balkanstroy a couple of months.He was obviously interested in getting clients contact details and persuading them to drop legal indipendence and use him for completions.Its a profitable business-it seems.Anyway,the guy is now posting as someone deep in the know to get people contact him.
In general there are all sorts of people from estate agents to lawyers,etc etc on the look out to make money and they obviously use the forum when they deem it will help!

I don't intend to force you to use them. It is my understanding that people in forums seak help and complain that bulgarian lawyers take their money whitout any results :D. Just try to help to people who are not in pink position with their properties in Bulgaria :D . It's up to them if they are going to use any legal services at all.
:D Hi were going over in half term to sort PA for a studio in ST.Ivans, we have been in this playing field for a long time as many of you have to. But it seems Balkanstroy will organise transfers for us and put us up in a hotel, we will only be there for three days and 2 nights but looking forward to it :D
