Aqua Park  more like a paddling pool in a space that size :(
This picture shows only 1/3 of the space.
A big paddling pool then perhaps ???
What do you want...Vegas?
What do you want...Vegas?
If they call it an Aqua Park thats what I would like to see but in that space it will surely be nothing more than a large swimming pool like the one at Dobrineste :? . I guess it's the Bulgarian tape measure scenario again.... there's a big difference although it will still be an asset to Bansko
Vegas r memories more lost money
I hope we get a pool like Dobrinishte its fantastic but getting there can be a pain, that will do me fine. :D
Pool
This is great news. My apartment in the Emerald will look onto the pool. Fantastic to have an out door pool on our doorstep.
We're delighted to hear about the Waterpark - hope it actually materialises! Like Snowbird said, if its like Dobronitshe that would be just fantastic!
True our pool at Alexander Spa Ski Complex in summer great pool and footie pitch and volley ball...only a small fee too
Will Carlos Santana be playing at the gala opening?
Your cynical man on the grassy knoll.
No, The Dead Kennedys. :)
Ive actually seen the plans for this as I live in the Kandahar and its been a worry having ground zero appear metres from our doorstep.
The aqua park to me seems more like a couple of swimming pools, but from what i saw, the land infront of the kandahar will be a small park/garden area, the reason there is such a big hole is the so called aqua park goes under ground two floors, and the roof which is ground level will be the gardens, looks really nice on the artists drawings, fingers crossed they hurry up, as our brand new road has already been dug up, Bansko hey? fun and games

Pool
Hi Tobes,
Does it look like there will be an outdoor pool(s)? or are they underground indoor pool(s)?
Gavin
Tobes, any chance of posting the plans/artist's drawings on the forum? We're in the Fortuna, and I can't decide whether to get excited about the plan or apprehensive. Having experienced european waterparks full of screams and loud rock music until dark, I am concerned whether or not this will affect the peace and quiet of a residential area.
