Hi All

Is anyone availing of Balkanstroy's Real Estate Management and Rental Agreement. My solicitors 'Legal Independence' have offered a five year contract with them for St. Ivan Complex and wondered if anyone else has taken up this offer? Their does not seem to be any price guide on rental income that can be achieved but I guess this is ambiguous at the best of times, anyhow any feedback would be great.

Thanks
Aine

We have bought in the St Ivan Complex, I believe some people have been sent the agreement to look at, we have not yet. I must look into it. Have you joined the St Ivan usergroup??. there are lots of buyers and info on this section.
Regards
Sue

Thanks Sue, I am on the use group but not quiet sure how to access specific information, any search I have done so far did not mention the rental agreement with Balkanstroy so maybe I am looking in the wrong place? I have just spoken to Balkanstroy and they say that rental income for this year will be limited due to the fact that (edited) have not furnished the apartments (for those who have furniture packages with (edited)) and therefore they cannot offer group bookings as there are not enough apartments completed and furnished. (edited) are concentrating on complexes they are invested in first. Luckily I got my furniture pack elsewhere as there was a lot of pressure at the time from (edited) to go with them and now it seems they are letting people down. Balkanstroy are also offering three nights accommodation for two people and airport transfers from Sofia for me to come visit now the apartment is completed, might be handy for folk who have not seen their apt. on completion.

Hi Aine

We also very lucky we have our furniture in place, we used Sylvan Meybel who have given use excellent service.
It would be interesting to know how many apartment are fitted out now. We have two and I noticed a few had curtains/blinds up when we were over in October.
Regards
Sue

Trevor - that's very good news - hopefully now things will progress a bit more rapidly. Are the nameless ones installing alphabetically or randomly?

Regarding the renatal contract you have, did Balkanstroy send to you. I have never seen anything from them. Would be interested in having a look at what is available. We completed on our two apartments nearly a year ago. I have emailed them twice about the complex recently and no had a response from them.
Regards
Sue

Hi

If you join the st ivan usergroup there is more info and photos on there. We will be over in our apartment from 24 December for 10 days, so it would be good to meet up. Are you staying in your apartment?
Regards
Sue
